Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking a donor who is bright, healthy and generous

- ✓5′7″ or taller
- ✓Current student or graduate of an Ivy League or similarly selective university — or SAT 1500+ / ACT 34+ / 99th-percentile GRE, GMAT, LSAT or MCAT
- ✓Healthy, non-smoker, BMI roughly 18–28
- ✓Healthy family medical history
- ✓Willing to complete medical, genetic and psychological screening

Compensation
Up to $200,000
The donor we select receives compensation of up to $200,000 for one completed donation cycle, for the significant time, commitment and medical process involved. It’s paid in milestones through independent escrow, with a pro-rated payment if a cycle is cancelled for medical reasons. It never depends on how many eggs are retrieved, and it isn’t based on test scores, background or any personal trait. Not everyone who applies is selected.
Egg donation involves a screening process. Not all potential egg donors are selected. Not all selected egg donors receive the monetary amounts or compensation advertised. As with any medical procedure, there may be risks associated with human egg donation. Before an egg donor agrees to begin the egg donation process, and signs a legally binding contract, she is required to receive specific information on the known risks of egg donation. Consultation with your doctor prior to entering into a donor contract is advised.

Is this an agency?+
No. This is a private search by one intended parent, working with an established fertility clinic and independent attorneys. You’ll never be shown to multiple families.
How is compensation determined?+
Compensation of up to $200,000 for one completed donation cycle is agreed in writing before any medical steps begin. It compensates your time and commitment, is paid through escrow, and never depends on how many eggs are retrieved or on any personal trait. Not everyone who applies is selected.
Will my information stay private?+
Yes. Applications are reviewed only by the intended parent and his care team. We never share your details without your permission. Anonymous, open-ID and known arrangements are all possible — your choice.
What does the medical process involve?+
After screening, you’ll take hormone injections for about 10–12 days with frequent monitoring appointments, followed by a short outpatient retrieval under sedation. Most donors return to normal activities within a day or two.
Are there risks?+
Yes. The medications can cause bloating, mood changes and discomfort. A small percentage of donors develop ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), which occasionally needs treatment. The retrieval carries small risks of bleeding, infection and reactions to sedation, and long-term effects are still being studied. The clinic’s physicians will explain every known risk before you sign anything. Complication insurance is provided, and we encourage you to talk it over with your own doctor.
